Block A Raya Open House - Preparation Part 2

On the 10th of October, block A residents showed the real spirit of gotong royong. From early morning, the ladies and gentlemen helped to prepare everything (decorations, cleaning the hall and of course, cooking). Even the kids were roped in to help with the decorations... hehehe... though tiring, it was fun. Just look at the pictures...

A husband and wife team (kak Hanum and Arifen)...
Since Arifen is a wellknown 'soup' maker, he was roped in to make the soup, you can slightly see the 'periuk' behind them...

These fellers are the 'single-status' engineers and managers (don't get me wrong, they're only 'single' in Sudan!!!)

We finished around 3 pm. Then the coordination of putting everything together begun in earnest after Asar. Everything went well, alhamdulillah...
