A cute 'incidence'...

On the way to my Ucu's house, I experienced a very 'cute' incidence...hehehe. I could still smile thinking about it.

As I wrote earlier, we had to make a 'pit-stop' right after the Ayer Keroh toll exit. While waiting for Mak Ngah, Mamud and me chatted for a bit. While we were busy chatting, a motorcyclist stopped near us. He talked to Mamud, actually he implored for 'singgit' to fill up his petrol. He said he was on his way to Kg. Baru or Kebun baru but had no money to buy petrol.

He looked very sincere, a little bit 'kelam kabut' so I took pity on him. Instead of giving him 'singgit', I gave him rm2. That made his day, I think because instead of leaving, he got down from his motorcycle and scooped up some rambutans to give us. We said it was okay, he didn't need to do that, but he insisted on giving us his rambutans...hehehe

We told him that we didn't have any plastic bag and he said it's okay, he'll just put it in my car. I opened the back window and Hadi (the English speaking boy) said, "Tak payah, tak payah" with an English accent... I was doubling up in laughter but the man just put the rambutans on the back seat and while smiling sped away on his motorcycle...

In the car, Hadi said that the rambutans full of black ants and refused to seat anywhere near them...sigh... I've got such a city boy! We ate them at my aunt's house and it was very nice, thick and juicy...hehehe. I couldn't stop smiling when I remembered how funny it was at the time...hehehe
