Yesterday, I went to Jusco OneUtama members' sale! I've been catching up on my craving for shopping for the past two weeks...hehehe. Last week, I went to Isetan members' sale but was a little bit disappointed with the choices offered. But, yesterday was great!
The night before, Sri and I decided that we would go around 9.30 a.m and we would let the kids play in Kidszone with the maid. But we ended up going to OneUtama around 10 a.m and the parking was full of cars. We had to park at the new First Avenue wing and it was quite far from Jusco...sigh...
Anyway, the first thing that we did was dropping off the kids at Kidszone. My kids were happy to be able to finally play there...hehehe. And off we go! First, I renewed my Jusco card, then I went straight to the men's dept. because my husband 'ordered' a few things. After grabbing a few items, I went to the toys section where I chose a toy each for my kids. By then, my arms were already weak (I had to hold everything myself because there was no baskets left)...sigh.
I went to queue for those items. Of course the queue was long. I had to spend about 30 to 40 minutes paying for my items. There was a bit of a commotion at the next till because at first the customers were asked to start the queue at point A but the other customers lined up at Point B, so they sort of accused each other of not lining up. They raised their voices okay! It was a bit scary because both were men...hehehe
After that, I took a few pictures of the sale. Looking at the queue, I did not want to buy anything else but was attracted to some barbie stuff that were going for half price! I grabbed two bulky barbie items for Aliah but was dismayed looking at the queue! Luckily I called Sri and she was in one of the long lines...hehehe, just my lucky day where I managed to ask Sri to pay for my stuff as well.
By then, it was nearly 1 p.m, we rushed to pick up the kids. Pity them, they were hungry... Anyway, I was really satisfied with what I bought. Though I would have liked to shop for more but the long lines actually kill my shopping mood.
One thing I can say about Jusco sale is that most of the items were really cheap. It was worth the trouble because not only we get discounts, we also got points for our card and finally we would get cash voucher (rm10 for every rm100 you spend!). And the vouchers would remain valid for a long time not like parkson or isetan sale...
Note to dear husband, there will be another Jusco sale in Wangsa Maju on the 28th of May so, I have to go...hehehe. I've bought your stuff, so I'll be buying for the kids and myself this time round. Yes!!! I love being in Malaysia! Enjoy the pictures!
So many shoppers!
