Tired...

I'm tired. Just finished hosting a makan2 event... what else?!! Hehehe. Actually, the spirit was more sombre because yesterday we received news that an acquaintance who used to stay in Sudan died of a lung cancer. She was Pn. Bariah, the wife of En. Azzudin, the mother of 5 small children. Since today a small group of us already planned a morning coffee session, we just turned that into a yassin recital and morning coffee.

So, I just finished cleaning up the house. The kids just came back from school and they needed my attention. So, bye now... hope to write again soon. Been away for two days because I was sick with diarrhoea. That's my first since coming to Sudan last year, I thought my tummy's already sudanised...hehehe. I was flat for a day on monday. Nevermind, I'm better now. Hopefully tomorrow I can join the community outreach programme going to help the flood victims here in Khartoum.

You had been busy. Busy is good, but now is time to rest and relax and just enjoy the family :) Happy resting Ina.

Dear Ocean Girl,

Thanks... So many things on my plate right now, difficult to rest... hehehe, not that I'm complaining. Rather be busy than sick :)

Innalillah..... Takziah kepada keluarga Pn Bariah. Tinggalkan 5 anak yg masih kecil, kesiannya.

You know Ina,
Might be people think that am crazy... Setiap kali I dengar berita ada wanita meninggal tinggalkan anak2 yg msih kecil, buat kan I terfikir, why her? why not me? Kalau I boleh tukar tempat dengan ibu yg ada anak2 kecil tu... I'm willing to do so. Namun, ajal maut itu di tangan Allah.

Dear Azila,

Sometimes we would always 'pity' anak2 yatim, but being one and raised one, I believe that Allah will provide for the kids, insyaallah. Sad, but true...
