A trip to Malacca : Day 2

On Wednesday, I already made a plan to visit my mother's youngest sister in Jasin, Malacca. Mamud was 'propositioned' to bring along my mother's older sister, Mak Ngah from KL. He was supposed to drive Mak Ngah and her daughter and meet me somewhere in Malacca.

On the day itself, the kids woke up late, around 10 am and we missed breakfast at the cowboy town. They didn't make a lot of noise because they were the ones who woke up late...hehehe. When I called Mamud around 9.30 am, he was already in Nilai and by the time we got ready, he was at the Malacca border already. So, I asked him to stop at Ayer Keroh OHBridge and I would meet him there.

The journey from Simpang Ampat to Ayer Keroh took only about 15 minutes. We stopped there for me to buy breakfast for us. I bought loads of pau and karipap. Then we continued our journey to Jasin. We had to stop at the toll exit as Mak Ngah needed to relieve herself...hehehe.

When we arrived in Jasin, my Maksu (Ucu Basa) was really surprised to see me... hehehe. The visit was supposed to be a surprise anyway. My cousin only called her in the morning before they made a move. She thought it was a joke.

As usual, when we meet, there's so much laughter...hehehe. I haven't met them for such a long time and it was nice to see that we're still as close as ever. Ucu was taking care of two kids and we had to wait for one of the mothers to pick her baby up before we could go and have lunch in Jasin.

After lunch we relaxed at Ucu's house until around 5.30 pm. Only then we made our move back to KL. I was really satisfied that I finally met my aunties after such a long time. Aliah said that the next time we're in Malaysia, we should come to Malacca to visit my auntie... Yeah, right... I knew she actually wanted to have fun at the waterworld... Very clever girl! Hehehe. We arrived in Rawang around 8 pm and straight away went to the pasar malam. Mamud sent my auntie to her house.
