Egypt : Military Museum...

When I was about to ascend the stairs in the Military Museum, I was attracted to a few things displayed on the wall. Lo and behold! It was several Sudanese war paraphernalia! There were the shield, trumpet and also the weapon used. Sudan's one of the neighbouring country of Egypt, of course, at one time or another, they faced against each other.

If I'm not mistaken, Sudan was the last country in Africa to embrace Islam, wallahualam...But, somehow, I was proud to see that there was such a thing as those Sudanese weapons in the fort of Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi...hehehe
